Reform Party
The Reform Party has picked its secretary-general Kenneth Jeyaretnam as its candidate for the by-election.
The party had been in talks with the other opposition parties to try and reach an agreement on who should be fielded.
The 53-year-old, who was a candidate for the West Coast GRC in 2011, said that he would re-locate to live in Punggol East if he is elected.
