Britain's Prince William and Kate arrived Solomon Islands

Britain's Prince William and wife Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, pose for a photo in Honiara September 16, 2012. The royal couple are on their third stop of a nine-day tour of Southeast Asia and the South Pacific on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II to commemorate her Diamond Jubilee.

Despite the scandal that ensued after French magazine Closer published Kate's topless photos from the royal couple's holiday at a private chateau in France, the two have continued their Southeast Asia tour with smiles and dignity intact.

This morning, a St. James palace spokeswoman announced that they will file a criminal complaint to the French Prosecution Department tomorrow. Until then, the royals will tour the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu in the days to come.
