Thai junta says former PM Yingluck released and at home

Thailand's junta on Tuesday said former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra had been released from military detention and was allowed to return home.

"She (Yingluck) has been released," junta spokesman Colonel Winthai Suvaree said, without specifying when she was freed after being taken into custody last Friday.
