Thai anti-graft panel says it will charge PM Yingluck

A Thai anti-graft panel announced on Tuesday that it was pressing charges against Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra for neglect of duty in connection with a controversial rice subsidy scheme.


The National Anti-Corruption Commission said in a statement that Yingluck had ignored warnings that the flagship policy was fostering corruption and causing financial losses.
