Second place went to Slovenia who finished 20.5 points ahead of France.
On Wednesday, Takanashi had won her third individual world junior title to add to triumphs in Erzurum, Turkey in 2012 and Liberec, in the Czech Republic, last year.
She put in two jumps of 100.5m.
"I'm very happy about my result. There was nothing to improve on the performance side today. This is an excellent preparation for the Olympic Games in Sochi," Takanashi said.
Takanashi scored a total of 262.9 points, 14.2 points more than Coline Mattel of France with Maren Lundby of Norway taking third.
Women's ski jumping is making its debut at the Sochi Olympics which open on February 7.
