Potential residential development for Victoria Street, Jalan Sultan site

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) haslaunched the Reserve List site at Victoria Street/Jalan Sultan for sale bypublic tender. The tender exercise will close at 12pm on 11 October, 2012.

Spanning some 0.84 hectares, the site cangenerate a maximum gross floor area of 30,977sqm.

On August 1, URA announced that it hadreceived an application from to put up the land parcel for sale. The developer whoapplied committed to bid at a price of not less than S$148,688,550.

If successful, the bidder will be able todevelop the site for a commercial & residential development with minimumhotel component or hotel usage.
