HDB says Park Central residents will benefit from upcoming BTO project
Ithas reassured residences that it will take all measures to minimiseinconvenience to Park Central residents caused by the building of the new BTOflats and will work closely with the local grassroots leaders to address anyissues or feedback that existing residents may have. In the process, HDB will alsoincorporate suggestions that are feasible and beneficial to the majority.
HDB%E2%80%99sstatement comes in response to the concerns that some residents of Park Centralhave that the public housing authority is launching a BTO project less than 50metres away from their flat. Forexample, PM Ang said HDB has assured residents there will be sufficient carparkspace for all current and future residents. He also said he will be havingdialogues with the residents once the authorities are able to provide moredetails on measures they will be taking to alleviate the concerns.
