Versatile selfie: MP for Tampines GRC Baey Yam Keng

A fan of self-taken portrait shots, Baey Yam Keng was called "selfie crush" by pop-culture website Popspoken, where it published an article about the politician’s "hottest 10 selfies".

Baey posts a variety of photos of his everyday life, ranging from snapshots of gym sessions, meetings with residents, and even meals. However, the 43-year-old draws the line on posting pictures of his family members, which he prefers to keep private.

The former managing director of PR firm Hill and Knowlton believes that social media help reach out to the youths and bridge the distance between politicians and the public.
