Eric Lafforgue is a French photographer (Gamma-Rapho agency) who travelled to North Korea six times but never informed the authorities he was a professional photographer. Before being banned from the country by Kim Jong-Un, he managed to document the daily lives of North Korean citizens living under the sheltered regime. In this picture, we can see visitors paying respect to a statue of Kim II-Sung, the founder of the country.
