The Ascott won management deal for a serviced residence in the Philippines

CapitaLand's serviced residence unit, the Ascott has clinched a contract to manage a serviced residence in the Philippines.
This will be the group's seventh such management deal there.
The 210-unit project is located in the business and financial district of Manila.
The Ascott says it expects strong demand for serviced residences in the Philippines with rising number of expatriates and business travellers.
It plans to manage ten properties in the country by 2015.
