Temasek seeks to price 10.5-year, 30-year bonds

Temasek says it plans to launch dual tranche bonds to fund its ordinary course of business.

The two tranches have a tenure of 10 and a half and 30 years.

According to Dow Jones Newswires, Temasek is seeking to price the bonds to yield about 105 basis points over Treasury's rates.

As such, the 10 and a half-year issue will likely be about a billion US dollars in size, while the 30-year tranche is expected to be half a billion US dollars.

Temasek says the bonds are rated triple-A by both Standard & Poor's and Moody's.
