SINGAPORE: MRT commuters were treated to an impromptu performance by a “ballerina” during rush hour last Wednesday.
The woman, dressed in a white tank top and pink skirt, put on a “ballet show” which included pliés and kicks. A 50-second video of her performance was uploaded by an eyewitness known on Facebook as He Ran.
“Was on my way to Jurong earlier today and was baffled by a "performer" on board the train!” wrote He Ran on Facebook.
According to He Ran, the woman was already dancing when she boarded the train at Khatib station. She appeared oblivious to the stares and giggles of commuters and carried on dancing until Admiralty station.
“It’s entertainment on the go... Train rides usually so boring,” added He Ran.
